Andrew M. Feldman:
Andrew Feldman’s practice involves the handling of
both transaction and litigation matters within the following areas of
law: business, construction, and real property.
While still in law school, Andrew interned
for two Federal Court Judges: the Honorable Linnea R. Johnson, United
States Magistrate Judge, and the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, Senior
United States District Court Judge. Following those experiences, he
worked for several years at other South Florida law firms, where he
counseled business clients large and small and represented both
individuals and businesses before Florida’s trial and appellate courts.
As the Principal of Andrew M. Feldman, P.A., Andrew continues to provide
ongoing counsel and transaction assistance to various individual and
business clients and to represent clients with their dispute resolution
needs, whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or before
Florida’s state or federal courts.
Andrew is admitted to practice before
the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Eleventh Circuit, the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States
District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as all of
Florida's State Courts. Andrew is also a
Florida
Supreme Court certified mediator, handling matters pending before
Florida's Circuit and County Courts, and has been selected
each of the past five years to be an instructor for the National
Institute for Trial Advocacy, teaching litigation skills to other
practicing attorneys from around the country.
